Agricultural Processing
Manzanita Creek Winery, (MCW) conducts grape processing as part of its wine production operations, utilizing existing permitted facilities and infrastructure in Sonoma County.
Crush activities include the handling and fermentation of grapes from established grower relationships, as well as wines produced from existing bulk wine supply. All activities are conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
MCW maintains long-standing working relationships with vineyard growers in Sonoma County, established since 2002, supporting consistent grape sourcing and operational continuity.
Crush operations are carried out through a permitted alternating proprietor arrangement at Punchdown Cellars, ensuring that all processing occurs within licensed facilities and established compliance frameworks.
By operating within existing infrastructure, MCW maintains production discipline, quality control, and operational efficiency throughout the crush, fermentation, cellaring, and the bottling processes.
