Intensely concentrated fruit and bold structure.
Dense, deeply purple color with blackberry compote and French vanilla aromas. Big uipfront tannins that fade into a long, silky finish with velvety berry flavors.
Production Notes
Hand sorted, machine crushed into 6 ton open top fermentation vats.
Winemaker Notes
Serve wine alone for a deep brooding glass of wine to ponder the days events, I enjoy a 4 to 5 ounce pour to savor for half an hour or more.

30% new French Oak, 30% new American oak and 40% neutral oak barrels. Aged 17 months in barrels
