2007 Stealth Zinfandel, Alexander Valley
This is a top-shelf Zin, really packs a wallop. If wines of high extraction and late harvest styling fit your bill, then this one is about as good as it gets, in a very classy package.
Production Notes
Machine crushed into a 6 ton open top fermentation tank. Cold soaked for 10 days at 40 degrees. Top Gun fermentation on Syrah yeast with three punch-downs per day. Primary fermentation took 14 days to complete, taken to press on November 15th. Pressed directly into barrels total yield 168 gallons per ton at 2.0 BAR.

Aged 25 months on 40% new French and American Oak barrels 60% on three year old Radoux Appalachian Oak Barrels
